Promotion Period: The Ford Bronco Giveaway (“Giveaway”) begins 10:00:00 AM Eastern Time (“ET”) on April 14, 2025. and ends 11:59:59 AM ET on October 04, 2025 if enough tickets are sold (“Promotion Period”).
Eligibility: The Giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States; are 18 years of age or older as of date of Entry (as defined below); have a valid driver’s license and a valid U.S. Social Security number or Tax Identification Number. This Sweepstakes is void wherever prohibited, and subject to all federal, state, and local laws.

Prize: One (1) 2024 Ford Bronco Raptor vin# 1FMEE0RR9RLA17315. Approximate MSRP of vehicle is $93,925 and total value of prize is approximately $99,925. WINNER WILL BE SUBJECT TO AND IS RESPONSIBLE FOR PAYING ALL TITLE, LICENSE, DOC FEES, TRANSPORTATION FEES & LOCAL, COUNTY, STATE AND FEDERAL TAXES ON THE PRIZE. WINNER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY PROPERTY TAXES THAT BECOME DUE. PRIZE WINNER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL REGISTRATION, DEALER PREPARATION, MAINTAINING INSURANCE. WINNER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL VEHICLE MAINTENANCE. WINNERS ARE ENCOURAGED TO CONSULT A TAX PROFESSIONAL.
Prizes are not transferable by the winner. No substitution or transfer of prize permitted except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor who reserves the right to substitute a prize (or portion of prize) of equal or greater value in the event the prize is unavailable.
Random Drawing: The Prize winner in the Giveaway will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible Giveaway entries received/postmarked during the Promotion Period as described in these Official Rules. The random drawing will be conducted on or about October 4, 2025. The drawing will be conducted by BG4x4Fest whose decisions are final on all matters relating to this Giveaway. Approximate odds of winning are dependent upon the number of eligible Giveaway entries received. The Giveaway Prize will be awarded the winner will be notified by phone, email and/or mail.
Acceptance of Prize: Sponsor will make three attempts to contact the potential Sweepstakes Prize winner via phone, mail, or overnight delivery within one week from the time winner selection was accomplished. Messages/voicemails will not be left. If Sponsor is unable to reach the potential Giveaway Prize winner within this time frame, he/she will be disqualified and Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, select an alternate winner from the pool of eligible entrants. The potential Giveaway Prize winner will be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability Waiver/Publicity Release (where legal) within ten (10) days of notification attempt or prize will be forfeited and an alternate may be selected. Return of any notification as undeliverable will result in disqualification. Sponsor is not responsible or liable to any entrant or winner or any person claiming through such entrant or winner for failure to supply the prize or any part thereof, by reason of any acts of God, any action, regulation, order or request by any governmental or quasi-governmental entity (whether or not the action, regulations, order or request proves to be invalid), equipment failure, threatened terrorist acts, terrorist acts, air raid, blackout, act of public enemy, earthquake, volcanic eruption, war (declared or undeclared), fire, flood, epidemic, pandemic, explosion, unusually severe weather, hurricane, embargo, labor dispute or strike (whether legal or illegal) labor or material shortage, transportation interruption of any kind, work slow-down, civil disturbance, insurrection, riot, or any other cause beyond the Sponsor’s control.
Taxes and Other Costs: The Giveaway Prize winner will be issued an Internal Revenue Service Form 1099 with respect to the Prize amount; all taxes with respect to such Prize are the sole responsibility of the Prize winner. All costs and expenses related to Prize acceptance and use not specified herein as being provided are the sole responsibility of Prize winner. Sponsor is not responsible in any manner for, any warranties, representations, or guarantees, express or implied, in fact or law, relating to any prizes, regarding the use, value or enjoyment of the prize, including, without limitation, its quality, mechanical condition, or fitness for a purpose. Sponsor will have no further obligation to winner.
Tampering and Delivery Disclaimer: The Sponsor, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to disqualify and prohibit from participating any person, who the Sponsor determines (in its discretion) is or is attempting to: (i) tamper with any part of the Sweepstakes; (ii) undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes by cheating, deception, or other unfair playing practices, (iii) to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other participants, agents or representatives of the Sponsor; and/or (iv) otherwise violate these Official Rules.
Publicity; Use of Personal Information: Acceptance of Prize constitutes permission to use winner’s name, photographs and likenesses for publicity purposes without further compensation except where prohibited by law. By participating, where allowed by law, the winner grants the Sponsor exclusive permission to wrap the car with advertising messages for Thayer Family Dealerships, BG4x4Fest and Local Drive Inc. By participating in the Sweepstakes, where allowed by law, participants agree that the Sponsor may use any information submitted by entrant for marketing purposes.
Release: By participating in the Contest, each participant and winner holds harmless and waives any and all claims of liability or damages against the Sponsor and its respective employees and agents, for any personal injury or any loss which may occur from the conduct of, or participation in, the Contest, or from the award, receipt and/or use or misuse of any prize, including any travel related thereto
General Rules: By participating, each entrant agrees (a) to be bound by these Official Rules; (b) the decisions of the Sponsor are final on all matters relating to the Contest; (c) that you are not participating on behalf of any employer or third party; (d) that in the event you do not comply with the rules, you will be disqualified. All entries become the sole property of Sponsor and none will be returned. If for any reason the Giveaway is not capable of running as planned, including due to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failure, human error or any other causes beyond the control of Sponsor that corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the Giveaway, Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Giveaway and may award the Giveaway Prizes in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received prior to cancellation. Sponsor is not responsible for typographical or other error in printing of the offer or administration of the Giveaway Game or announcement of the prizes. If there are any discrepancies between printed materials and the Official Rules, the Official rules will govern and control. Sponsor assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries. Sponsor is not responsible for technical, hardware or software malfunctions, telephone failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incorrect, inaccurate, incomplete, garbled or delayed electronic communications, whether caused by the sender, by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Giveaway which may limit the ability to participate, or by any human error which may occur in the administration of the Giveaway. Incomplete and/or multiple entries will be disqualified. Multiple participants are not permitted to share the same email address. Choice of Law and Forum Selection: BY ENTERING THE CONTEST, PARTICIPANTS HEREBY SUBMIT TO THE EXCLUSIVE JURISDICTION AND VENUE OF THE FEDERAL AND STATE COURTS LOCATED WITHIN WOOD COUNTY, OHIO AND WAIVE THE RIGHT TO HAVE DISPUTES ARISING OUT OF THIS CONTEST ADJUDICATED IN ANY OTHER FORUM. IN NO EVENT WILL PARTICIPANT BE ENTITLED TO INJUNCTIVE OR EQUITABLE RELIEF OF ANY KIND, OR RESTRAIN THE CONTINUATION OF ANY CONTEST.
Liability: In consideration of entering and/or attending the Giveaway, I release Local Drive, its owners, affiliates, employees and agents from any and all claims I, or my agents or assigns may ever have, including but not limited to tort, common law and contract claims, other than any express contractual obligations of Local Drive as expressly set forth in the Official Rules.
